Sathya, aka Mr. Katt, is a licensed Realtor, Associate Broker, and Real Estate Instructor with Century 21 Scheetz in Indianapolis.  He services clients in all of the Indianapolis area- including Avon, Brownsburg, Carmel, Fishers, Lawrence Township, McCordsville, Noblesville, Pike, Washington Township, Westfield, Zionsville, and other areas.  Mr. Katt is also a member of Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR), Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) as well as the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Mr. Katt specializes in the selling & buying of Residential, Multi-Family, Investment Property, Land, New Construction, and Corporate Relocation.  He is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation which is held by only 4% of real estate agents nationwide.  He is also a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) certified agent and is a Short Sales & Foreclosures (SFR) specialist. 

A firm believer in education, Mr. Katt continually attends classes and lectures to keep abreast of all the latest real estate market trends.  All of this knowledge and background helps gives his clients the advantage buying or selling properties.   

When not hard at work, which is a rare moment, Mr. Katt enjoys spending time with his family, mentoring students and attending sporting events.
